Shipments and returns

Ordering goods through internet

For our customer convenience we suggest ordering all goods through the internet. Any registered user can make an order.

Payment

Every registered client can choose either to pay by transfering money to our bank account or, if you choose to receive the goods at our shop, you can pay in cash, or credit card.

The purpose of payment: indicate your order number

If we do not receive your payment within 48hours from the reservation start, your order will be canceled.  

Discounts

We make special contracts with loyal clients, and offer them special discounts for sepparate product groups. For special contracts contact the manager.

Delivery

Ordering goods which are available in the stock, they will be delivered to the customer whitin 1-7 working days from the received payment.

If there is no product in the stock, we will contact you and inform you about the delivery term.

While ordering goods, you can choose two of the following terms:
1. The goods will be delivered to the adress you choose. Delivery cost – 3,00Eur. If you order products for 70,00Eur and more – the delivery is free.

2. You can collect your goods in our shop at Kirtimų g. 2, I corp., Vilnius. Our working hours 8:30-17-30. The manager will inform you when you can collect your goods.

Returning and changing of goods

Every customer has an opportunity, to retunr goods, if they are defected.

If a customer baught a product, which is defected, you have the right to return the product within 7days from the delivery date. In this case, producs will be replaiced with a new one, or you can fet your money back.

If the product didnt satisfied our customers needs, he can also return it within 7 working days. In this case the customer himself is obliged to pay the returning costs (delivery etc.). UAB „Ena LT“ is obliged to change the good, or return back the money paid for the product.

In any case, if the customer wishes to returs a product, he must inform UAB „Ena TL“ by e-mail info@enalt.lt

Conditions of returning the goods:

1. While returning the good. It must be packed in its original box.

2. The product cant be disturbet or damaged in any way by the customer.

3. The product must be returned with marketable appearance.

4. The product must have all its parts as we sent it to the customer.

5. When returning a product, the customer must present a document which certifies the puchase, and specify the cause of this return.
