How do I place an order?
+You can place an order in three ways:
- Online: Visit our e-shop at enalt.lt, select the products you want, add them to your cart and complete the purchase

Can I order products wholesale?
+Yes! We sell both wholesale and retail. For wholesale terms, please contact:

We will offer individual prices and conditions for wholesalers, car services and business partners.
What payment methods are accepted?
+We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (for companies and individuals)
- Cash (when picking up at the store)
- Payment cards (in the online store)
Can I cancel my order or return products?
+Yes, we follow the laws of the Republic of Lithuania regarding distance selling:
- You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Returned products must have all labels and documents
- Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer

Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
+Delivery prices depend on the chosen delivery method and location:
- In Vilnius: Courier delivery from 3-5 EUR
- In Lithuania: Via courier services - price depends on weight and distance
- In Europe: International delivery - prices discussed individually
- Free: Pick up at the store in Vilnius, Kirtimų St. 2
How long will it take to receive my order?
+Delivery times:
- In Vilnius: 1-2 business days
- In Lithuania: 2-4 business days
- In Europe: 5-10 business days
If products are not in stock, delivery may take up to 2 weeks. We will inform you of the exact timeframe when confirming your order.
Can I pick up the products myself?
+Yes! You can pick up your order at our store:

Opening hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30-17:00
- Friday: 8:30-16:30
- Saturday-Sunday: Closed

Why can’t all products be sent to parcel lockers?
+Some items cannot be shipped to parcel lockers due to the following reasons:
- Dimensions & weight: the item exceeds parcel locker size or weight limits
- Fragile or sensitive items: require special handling during transportation
- Restricted or hazardous materials: e.g., certain batteries or liquids
- Temperature-sensitive equipment: e.g., refrigerators, air conditioners
Such items are delivered by courier or can be picked up in-store (Kirtimų St. 2, Vilnius). If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact +370 5 2531380 or info@enalt.lt.
